Do you remember the bracelets with the colored beads? Each bead represented a step in God’s plan of salvation?

Black – Sin –
Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God
James 2:10 Whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.

Red – Blood of Jesus –
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Romans 5:8 But God demonstrates his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. (He shed His blood.)

1 Corinthians 15:3-4 Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And he was buried, and he rose again the third day according to the scriptures

White – Forgiven –
Romans 10:9 If you shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

Psalm 103:12 As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.

1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Blue – Eternal Life in Heaven –

    Heaven is our home.

John 14:2-3 …I go to prepare a place for you. [3] And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

2 Corinthians 5:1 We know that if our earthly house were dissolved, we have a building of God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.

    Eternal life

John 3:16 God loved the world so much that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish, but have everlasting life.

Green – Christian growth

2 Peter 3:18 Grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. (Through prayer, Bible reading, and fellowship with other believers)
